its not hard unless you watch your feet. in other words when you dance do not look down at your feet. for then and only then will get even more nervous thinking man i am not doing this right. so look up follow your partner and the listen to the beat of the music

No,it isn’t hard. Just let someone who knows the steps
show them to you slowly, then follow along. It is really
fun too. Do it, and enjoy.
